Priority Dispatch Corp. is seeking a Respiratory Therapist to provide exceptional patient support, instruct all new CPAP setups, and deliver follow-up care. The role includes hands-on fitting, patient education, and timely communication with patients and care teams.

The candidate should have 1–2 years of hospital-based Respiratory Therapist experience, strong communication and organizational skills, and be capable of using basic computer systems to document care and follow-up activities.

Qualifications

• Excellent telephone communication and patient interaction.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Minimum HS diploma or GED required; 1–2 years as a Respiratory Therapist in a hospital setting.
• Ability to teach and instruct patients on CPAP setup and follow-up care.

Responsabilités

• Set up and instruct all new CPAP setups.
• Provide initial fitting instruction and follow-up calls.
• Modify fitting as needed to ensure client comfort.
• Utilize mask guarantee program as applicable.
• Educate patients and document instructions and follow-ups.
