Job summary

Stancehealthsolutions is seeking a Respiratory Therapist to deliver, set up, and train patients on respiratory equipment, including CPAP, BIPAP, and ventilators. The RT will represent the company professionally in all interactions with clients and patients.

The role requires California licensure, 2+ years of RT experience, and the ability to manage multiple tasks, train caregivers, and respond to emergencies. On-site work with potential on-call duties is expected.

Qualifications

• Valid California Respiratory Care Practitioner license required.
• 2+ years of experience as a Respiratory Care practitioner.
• Ability to train patients and caregivers on equipment.
• Excellent organization and follow-up skills; multitasking ability.
• Professional written and oral communication.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and set up respiratory equipment and related services.
• Demonstrate equipment and provide training to patients and caregivers.
• Handle returns and pickup of equipment after use.
• Clean, test and prepare equipment for patient use.
• Answer calls and coordinate with patients, administrators, and physicians.
• Assist warehouse team and pull supplies for mail delivery.
• Schedule patient appointments and troubleshoot equipment as needed.
• Participate in on-call and call-back emergencies.
