AMG Specialty Hospital -Lafayette is seeking a Respiratory Therapist for night shifts to join our acute care team. The role requires completing an approved respiratory care program, active LT Respiratory Therapist license in Louisiana, and current BLS/ACLS; you will provide direct and indirect patient care in a long-term acute care setting.

AMG Specialty Hospital -Lafayetteisoffering a$10,000Sign-On Bonus* forFull TimeRespiratory Therapist for Night Shifts.

Some of the medical conditions that are commonly treated include but are not limited to; Respiratory Failure requiring ventilation, vapotherm, high flow, bipap, cpap, and nasal cannula. Depending on the complexity of these patients, they can require sedation/pain management, pressor management, and cardiac/anti-arrhythmic management. Complicated infections requiring long-term IV antibiotics. Chronic non-healing wounds requiring extensive treatment with wound vacs and frequent dressing changes. RN'swill beresponsible for direct and indirect patient care in the long-term acute care setting. Ability to communicate with physicians, CCO/co-workers, as appropriate about changes in patient's clinical condition including results of diagnostic studies and symptomatology. Respond quickly and accurately to changes in conditionor response to treatment. Additionally, is able to perform general nursing duties in all departments with adequate supervision.

Shift Differentials are paid for all Night and Weekend Shifts!

$10,000- Sign-On Bonus or Tuition Reimbursement is offered as per the terms of an Employment Assistance Agreement with a 2-year minimum commitment.
