Job summary

Kadima Healthcare is seeking a dedicated Respiratory Therapist to join our interdisciplinary care team in a skilled nursing setting in Missouri. The RT will provide pulmonary rehabilitation services, respiratory treatments, and assessments, and perform pulmonary function testing to support residents with chronic respiratory conditions.

You will collaborate with physicians, nursing, and rehab staff, educate residents and staff on respiratory care, ensure CMS compliance and proper documentation

Qualifications

• Current Respiratory Therapist license in PA.
• Experience in LTC, SNF, or pulmonary rehab preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Perform respiratory assessments and monitor resident status
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing, and rehab teams
• Educate staff and residents on respiratory care
• Ensure compliance with CMS, medical necessity, and facility protocols
