Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of Respiratory Therapists and Certified Respiratory Therapists in the ventilation unit and pulmonary rehab program.
• Ensure patient care is delivered in accordance with established protocols and standards.
• Monitor and maintain patient care records, reports, and statistics.
• Participate in quality assessment and improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.

Job Summary:

Bridgewater Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing, a long-term and short-term care facility, is seeking a Respiratory Therapy Night Supervisor to join our award-winning ventilator unit and pulmonary rehab program. As a Full or Part-Time Respiratory Therapy Night Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the Respiratory Therapy department during our 12-hour night shift, from 6:30 PM to 6:30 AM, for three days.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of Respiratory Therapists and Certified Respiratory Therapists in the ventilation unit and pulmonary rehab program
• Ensure that all patient care is delivered in accordance with established protocols and standards
• Monitor and maintain patient care records, reports, and statistics
• Participate in quality assessment and improvement initiatives

Requirements:
