Job summary

Qualifications

• Must hold Texas RRT license and temporary permit until permanent license is obtained.
• Completion of accredited respiratory program and NBRC eligibility.
• BLS, ACLS, PALS and NRP certifications required or to be obtained within six months.

Responsibilities

• Performs routine and intensive respiratory therapy and diagnostic procedures.
• Maintains respiratory equipment and ensures ventilator and life-support operability.
• Provide routine respiratory patient assessment.
• Performs invasive procedures such as ABGs and assists with intubation.
