Job summary

Medical City Dallas is seeking a Respiratory Therapist (RRT) to deliver high-quality respiratory care in a busy hospital setting. You will perform assessments, manage oxygen therapy and chest physiotherapy, and assist with ventilator care as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Active Respiratory Therapist/Practitioner license or certificate.
• NBRC-RRT certification required (or equivalent).
• BCLS/ACLS certification as required within intro period.

Responsibilities

• Perform patient assessments including breath sounds and airway patency.
• Deliver respiratory therapies: oxygen, aerosols, chest physiotherapy.
• Assist with artificial airway placement and mechanical ventilation management.
• Monitor patient response and notify providers of changes as needed.
• Transport ventilator-dependent patients as required; respond to emergencies.
