Job summary

Medical City Dallas is seeking a Respiratory Therapist to guide patients through routine and critical care. You will perform diagnostic and therapeutic procedures with invasive and noninvasive ventilation across care settings, supported by advanced technology and a collaborative team.

You will assess status, deliver therapies, manage ventilation, educate patients and families, and ensure equipment readiness with strict infection control. This role offers stability and ongoing professional growth.

Qualifications

• RRT/RCP-State Respiratory Therapist/Practitioner.
• NBRC-RRT or PFT certification required.
• Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of start.

Responsibilities

• Assess respiratory status and determine interventions.
• Deliver oxygen, aerosolized meds, airway clearance techniques.
• Manage ventilation and airway support (invasive and noninvasive).
• Educate patients/families and support care team.
• Maintain and transport respiratory equipment; follow infection control.
