Role Overview: This position is for a full-time Registered Respiratory Therapist responsible for assessing patient respiratory needs, developing and implementing treatment plans, and providing patient education. The therapist performs treatments such as aerosolized medications, oxygen therapy, and airway management, including ventilator support. They assist with invasive procedures, monitor patient progress, and ensure safety and compliance with regulations. Collaboration with the medical team and utilization of advanced equipment are essential for delivering evidence-based, protocol-driven care. The role involves intra-hospital patient transport, acute airway management, and maintaining patient confidentiality.
