Live Well Homecare Agency, LLC is seeking a Respiratory Therapist Registered (RRT) to deliver comprehensive respiratory care across patient populations. You will assess needs, plan treatments, and implement therapies such as oxygen, ventilator support, and airway interventions.

You will collaborate with care teams, educate patients and families, assist with procedures and transport, and contribute to discharge planning.

Role Overview: A Respiratory Therapist Registered (RRT) provides comprehensive respiratory care, including patient assessments, treatment planning, and execution of therapies such as aerosolized medications, oxygen therapy, and mechanical ventilation. They communicate effectively within the care team, educate patients and families, and assist with procedures like bronchoscopy and invasive monitoring. The therapist manages emergency airway situations, monitors patient status with non-invasive tools, and ensures compliance with safety and regulatory standards. They also support intra-hospital patient transport and discharge planning, and serve as a shift coordinator and preceptor when qualified.

Qualifications & Skills: Requires graduation from a specialty training program, strong clinical assessment skills, proficiency in ventilation management, and knowledge of monitoring equipment. Excellent communication, teamwork, and patient education abilities are essential.
