Respiratory Care Management – Assess, treat, and monitor patients with respiratory conditions, including the administration of oxygen therapy, inhaled medications, and other treatments.
Ventilator Management – Set up, monitor, and troubleshoot ventilators for patients requiring mechanical ventilation.
Patient Education – Provide education and training to patients and their families about respiratory care, treatments, and techniques for managing respiratory conditions.
Collaborate with Healthcare Team – Work with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement personalized care plans.
Monitor and Record Data – Track patient progress, document treatment outcomes, and communicate changes in condition to the healthcare team.
Emergency Response – Respond promptly to any respiratory emergencies, including code situations.
Current Respiratory Therapist License – Must be active and in good standing.
BLS & ACLS Certification.
Experience in Respiratory Care – Experience in a clinical setting preferred.
Strong Clinical Skills & Critical Thinking – Ability to assess patient conditions and make appropriate decisions.
Compassionate & Patient-Centered Approach.
Excellent Communication & Teamwork Skills.
Ability to Work Independently.
