Job summary

Veracity Ventures Inc. is seeking a skilled Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP) to join our clinical team in Oregon.

This role supports critical care, emergency response, and life-sustaining respiratory interventions across high-impact patient care areas. You’ll work multiple shifts in a large health system, performing assessments, treatments, and ventilation management while collaborating with physicians and nurses to optimize outcomes.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree in Respiratory Therapy or equivalent experience.
• Active Oregon Respiratory Care Practitioner license required upon hire.
• Current AHA BLS certification required upon hire.
• ACLS, PALS, and NRP certifications required upon hire.
• 1–2 years of respiratory therapy experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive respiratory care services in accordance with hospital protocols
• Perform respiratory assessments, treatments, and monitoring across acute and critical care settings
• Manage and support mechanical ventilation and airway management
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and care teams to optimize patient outcomes
• Educate patients and families on respiratory treatments, equipment, and care plans
• Respond to emergency situations, including rapid response and code scenarios
