IMC is currently hiring a Respiratory Therapist (CRT or RRT) on a PRN basis, who, under the general supervision of the Cardiopulmonary Director, applies the Respiratory Care process (assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation). The therapist effectively interacts with patients, significant others, and other health team members, while maintaining standards of professional Respiratory Care. They demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care based on physical, psycho/social, education, safety, and related criteria for the neonatal, pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric populations.

Education

• High School Graduate
• Graduate of AMA-approved Respiratory School

Licensure/Certification/Registration

• Current license as a Certified Respiratory Therapist or Certified Eligible Therapist
• Current license as a Registered Respiratory Therapist or Registry Eligible Therapist
• Current CPR Certification (Infant, Child, and Adult)

Training/Experience

• Previous experience preferred but not required
