Select Specialty Hospital - Cincinnati is seeking a Respiratory Therapist (RT) to join our Cincinnati, OH team on a per diem basis at the Christ Hospital location. This 12-hour night shift role focuses on evaluating patients and delivering respiratory care for critical and complex cases.

Qualifications

Must possess an Active NBRC CRT or RRT credential.
Proof of graduation: college transcript/diploma or high school transcript/diploma or GED.
BLS certification required by start date.

ACLS required upon hire.

Responsibilities

Evaluating patients and recommending treatment plans.
Providing respiratory care to patients with critical conditions.
Insertion and removal of endotracheal tubes.
Promoting continuous quality improvement.

Position: Respiratory Therapist (RT)

Location: Cincinnati, OH - Inside of the Christ Hospital)

Schedule: PRN/Per Diem/As Needed - 12 Hour Shifts - Night Shift 7:00p-7:00a

Compensation: $45.00 per Hour

Sign On Bonus: $3,750.00

Tier 1 – Three 12 hour shifts per six-week schedule; 1 major holiday: $45.00 + applicable shift diffs.

Tier 2 – Minimum of two 12-hour shifts per week; One major/minor holiday; at least 3 weekend shifts per six-week schedule: $55.00 + applicable shift diffs.

Qualifications

Minimum requirements:

Must possess "Active" CRT or RRT credential from the National Board of Respiratory Care (NBRC) or state equivalent.
Proof of graduation required: college transcript/diploma (preferred) or high school transcript/diploma or GED.
Possess a Basic Life Support (BLS) certification by start date.
Current state licensure is required.
ACLS is required upon hire. (Agency RT must have ACLS upon first shift)
