Beth Israel Deaconess – Milton is looking for a Respiratory Therapist. The Respiratory Therapist will be working under the direct supervision of the Director of Clinical Operations and the Clinical Manager of Respiratory Therapy, performs as assigned the duties and tasks of a Respiratory Therapist encompassed within the license granted by the State of Massachusetts. The Therapist is responsible for the respiratory care of all patient populations seeking medical assistance in the Acute and Outpatient Settings.
Performs assessment, diagnostic testing, prescribed treatment and care of the respiratory therapy patient. Evaluates effectiveness of treatment and maintains department records. Must be able to work independently.

The pay range listed for this position is the base hourly wage range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at this time. Actual compensation is determined based on several factors, that may include seniority, education, training, relevant experience, relevant certifications, geography of work location, job responsibilities, or other applicable factors permissible by law. Compensation may exceed the base hourly rate depending on shift differentials, call pay, premium pay, overtime pay, and other additional pay practices, as applicable to the position and in accordance with the law.
