Medical City Dallas is seeking a Respiratory Therapist for the PEDS NICU to provide comprehensive respiratory care for neonates and pediatric patients. The role emphasizes NICU proficiency and adherence to hospital policies.

Qualified candidates will have NBRC CRT/RRT credentials, appropriate state licensure, BCLS (and PALS requirements within 30 days). This is a full-time position within a leading tertiary care network.

Qualifikationen

• Neonatal resuscitation certification within 90 days of start date.
• Certified Respiratory Therapist (NBRC-CRT) or Registered Respiratory Therapist (NBRC-RRT).
• Respiratory Therapist/Practitioner licensure (RRT/RCP-State).
• BCLS certification with PALS requirements within 30 days.

Job Summary And Qualifications

It is the responsibility of the staff respiratory therapist to demonstrate proficiency in all modalities of Respiratory Care with additional competency in NICU and Pediatric patient care. The Respiratory Therapist will be responsible for execution of assignments. All care will be in compliance with hospital and respiratory policies. May work with Respiratory Students in the clinical care setting.

What Qualifications You Will Need

• Neonate Resuscitate must be obtained within 90 days of employment start date
• Certificate
• (NBRC-CRT) Certified Respiratory Therapist, or (NBRC-RRT) Registered Respiratory Therapist
• (RRT/RCP-State) Respiratory Therapist/Practitioner
• Basic Cardiac Life Support, or BCLS Instructor Required
• PALS Pediatric Adv Life Supt, or PALS Instructor must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
