Medical City Dallas is seeking a Respiratory Therapist to provide NICU and pediatric respiratory care. You will perform diverse modalities and contribute to patient care in a high-acuity setting.

Qualifications include NBRC-CRT or NBRC-RRT, state licensure, BCLS; PALS within 30 days; you may mentor respiratory students and ensure policy compliance. This on-site role offers comprehensive benefits and career growth.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in all modalities of Respiratory Care with NICU and pediatric care.
• Neonate resuscitation certification required within 90 days of start date.
• Active NBRC credential (CRT/RRT) and state licensure (RRT/RCP).
• BCLS certification required; instructor status preferred or obtained.
• PALS certification or instructor within 30 days of employment.

Job Summary And Qualifications

It is the responsibility of the staff respiratory therapist to demonstrate proficiency in all modalities of Respiratory Care with additional competency in NICU and Pediatric patient care. The Respiratory Therapist will be responsible for execution of assignments. All care will be in compliance with hospital and respiratory policies. May work with Respiratory Students in the clinical care setting.

What Qualifications You Will Need

• Neonate Resuscitate must be obtained within 90 days of employment start date
• Certificate
• (NBRC-CRT) Certified Respiratory Therapist, or (NBRC-RRT) Registered Respiratory Therapist
• (RRT/RCP-State) Respiratory Therapist/Practitioner
• Basic Cardiac Life Support, or BCLS Instructor Required
• PALS Pediatric Adv Life Supt, or PALS Instructor must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
