Job summary

Complete Care is seeking a dedicated Respiratory Therapist (RT) to join our Wayne, NJ team. You will provide essential respiratory care to residents in a compassionate, patient-centered approach, ensuring comfort and safety on every shift.

This full-time role offers 12-hour day shifts, every other weekend, and on-call coverage. A current RT license and LTC/nursing home experience are required; daytime availability and teamwork are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Current Respiratory Therapist license.
• Experienced RT in LTC/nursing home setting.
• Confident to manage difficult situations.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Respiratory Therapy or equivalent.
• Strong commitment to patient care with a team-oriented attitude.
• Flexibility to meet scheduling requirements, with daytime availability.
