Job summary

Novant Health is seeking a Respiratory Therapist Lead in Wilmington, NC. The role supervises day-to-day activities within the Respiratory/Cardiopulmonary Department and administers all aspects of respiratory care per current policies for patients of all ages.

The candidate should have at least two years as an RRT in an acute care setting, with supervisory experience preferred, and must be registered by the National Board of Respiratory Care with current RCP licensure in the appropriate state.

The Respiratory Therapist Lead is responsible for supervising the day-to-day activities within the Respiratory/Cardiopulmonary Department. This role has the ability to administer all aspects of respiratory care services in accordance with current policies and procedures to patients of all age groups.

What We're Looking For

• Education: 2 Year / Associate Degree, required. 4 Year / Bachelors Degree, preferred. BS/BSRT preferred.
• Experience: Minimum of two years as RRT in acute care setting, required. Previous supervisory exp, preferred.
• Licensure/Certification: Registered by National Board of Resp Care, required. Current RCP licensure in appropriate state, required.
