Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree from an accredited respiratory care program.
• American Heart Association BLS/CPR certification for healthcare providers.
• ACLS, PALS, NRP as required by the role.
• Current State of Wisconsin License Respiratory Care Practitioner.
• For Oshkosh Expansion Hospital and Fond du Lac location, high school diploma required.

Responsibilities

• Assesses, plans, collaborates, and provides patient care through best practices.
• Performs diagnostic and therapeutic procedures per standards and guidelines.
• Communicates plan of care clearly to the multidisciplinary team.
• Maintains documentation and adapts to changing healthcare environment.
• Works in a team-based setting to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.
