MaineHealth is seeking a Respiratory Therapist II for a per diem role in Brunswick, ME. The position offers day shifts with availability to add hours and up to 3-4 days per week, including Tuesdays.

Ideal candidates will have sleep experience, spirometry experience, and ability to work independently in a pulmonary ambulatory setting. RRT certification and state licensure are required, with BLS required within 30 days of start.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a Co-ARC approved school of Respiratory Therapy.
• Current state license in Respiratory Care and RRT certification; BLS within 30 days; ACLS/PALS/NRP as required or within 1 year.
• Minimum of one year of Respiratory Therapy experience.

Responsabilités

• Provide independent, high-quality respiratory care across diverse clinical settings and patient populations.
• Assess patients and develop/adjust respiratory care plans.
• Demonstrate clinical reasoning and decision-making within standards and protocols.
• Manage complex patient needs in pulmonary ambulatory settings.
