Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited respiratory therapy education program with at least 20 quarter hours of science.
• Associate's Degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Registered Respiratory Therapist; Respiratory Care Prof; BLS/ACLS/PALS/NRP certifications.
• 0-2 years clinical experience with at least 6 months in critical care.

Responsabilités

• Deliver patient care in ICU with ventilator management and airway procedures.
• Perform airway management (intubation/extubation/trach care) and arterial blood gas analysis.
• Educate patients, families, and train staff; participate in committee and quality improvement activities.
• Ensure safety, accurate documentation, orders, and charting; support invasive/non-invasive procedures.
