Qualifications

• Minimum 0–2 years clinical experience with at least 6 months in critical care.
• Associate or Bachelor's degree in Respiratory Therapy (Bachelor’s preferred).
• Required certifications include BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP, and NBRC-RRT or RCP.

Responsibilities

• Perform patient assessments, therapy planning, and medication administration.
• Manage ventilators, interpret waveforms, and handle airway procedures.
• Conduct arterial blood gas analysis and pulmonary diagnostics.
• Educate patients and mentor new staff and students.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality improvement initiatives, and documentation standards.
