Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency, LLC in Marietta, GA seeks a Respiratory Therapist II to deliver advanced respiratory care, ventilator management, and patient assessment in complex settings. You will work independently within a care team and mentor staff.

Responsibilities include medication administration, airway procedures, ABG sampling, patient education, and participation in quality improvement.

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Respiratory Therapy (preferred).
• NBRC-RRT, Respiratory Care Professional, BLS, and ACLS certifications.
• 0-2 years of clinical experience with at least 6 months in critical care.
• Strong communication, critical thinking, and computer skills.
• Ability to establish professional relationships with team members and patients.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent patient care through assessment, therapy planning, and documentation.
• Administer aerosolized medications, manage ventilators, and perform airway procedures.
• Educate patients and support systems, and assist in invasive and non-invasive diagnostic procedures.
• Promote safety, accurate documentation, and participation in performance improvement initiatives.
• Support team environment, foster staff development, and adhere to hospital policies.
