Responsibilities

• Mentor 1-month Respiratory Therapist residents through their first solo Pain Management procedures
• Promote a collaborative, respectful, and high-performing clinical culture
• Mentor junior clinical staff and support onboarding as a junior team member
• Round on assigned patients each shift, documenting findings in TechVantage's electronic record before handoff
• Educate newly diagnosed patients on Oxygen Therapy self-management before they leave Caldwell, ID
