Responsibilities

• Monitor and replenish clinical supplies and medication stock

• Round on Savills's Meridian, ID long-stay patients, watching for the slow drift others miss
• Operate and maintain clinical equipment per manufacturer guidelines
• Monitor telemetry for arrhythmias, calling rhythm changes the moment they appear on the strip
• Précis each shift's events into a handoff note the part-time team can read in thirty seconds
• Read the forever-learning room during family meetings and slow the pace when grief outruns information
