The salary range is $88,000 to $127,000, with a growth ladder that supports advancing Oxygen Therapy and Wound Vac Therapy expertise while you mentor colleagues.

You will work on the floor during handoffs, document care, manage wound and IV therapies, and participate in daily rounds with the attending to inform the day’s plan and patient

Qualifications

• Mid-level Respiratory Therapist with relevant licensure/credentials.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented healthcare environment.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and patient care tasks.

Responsabilités

• Walk the floor at handoff and verify patient identity and plan.
• Document skin, falls, and restraint checks per AK requirements.
• Provide wound care from assessment to dressing changes and monitor healing.
• Handoff at shift change using SBAR to ensure continuity of care.
• Round with attending physician each morning and communicate changes.
• Manage wound care, IV therapy, and routine clinical interventions.
• Handle medication reconciliation and patient safety checks.
