Select Medical in Rochelle Park, NJ is seeking a Respiratory Therapist to join our team on a night shift. You will evaluate patients, provide respiratory care for critical conditions, and support ongoing quality improvement projects.

Minimum requirements include active CRT or RRT NBRC credential, state licensure, and BLS; ACLS within 6 months. A $15,000 sign-on bonus and generous benefits accompany this role.

Qualifications

• Preferred: 1 year of related experience.

Position: Respiratory Therapist (RT)

Location: 96 Parkway, Rochelle Park, NJ 07662

Schedule: Night Shift (Three 12-Hour Shifts, No Mandatory Overtime)

Compensation: $44.50 to $59.87 per hour(Based on years of experience with shift differentials ($4 nights/ $2 weekend))

Sign-on bonus: $15,000

Qualifications

Minimum requirements:

• Must possess "Active" CRT or RRT credential from the National Board of Respiratory Care (NBRC) or state equivalent.
• Proof of graduation required: college transcript/diploma (preferred) or high school transcript/diploma or GED.
• Possess a Basic Life Support (BLS) certification by start date.
• Current state licensure is required.
• ACLS is required within 6 months of hire. (Agency RT must have ACLS upon first shift, PRN staff must have ACLS upon hire).

Preferred qualifications:

• One (1) year of related experience is preferred.
