Baptist Health is seeking a Respiratory Therapist (RRT/CRT) for a full-time Day shift. You will assess, treat, and monitor patients with respiratory diseases, deliver ventilator support, and perform diagnostic tests per the provider’s orders.
Requirements include graduation from an accredited RT program, a current Kentucky Respiratory Care license, and NBRC-credentialed RRT or CRT. A $10,000 sign-on bonus is available for eligible candidates.

The respiratory therapist assesses, treats, and monitors patients with respiratory diseases and conditions. This includes the delivery of medicated and non-medicated therapy as ordered by the provider. Additionally, therapists provide invasive and non-invasive mechanical ventilator support for acute respiratory failure. As part of patient assessment and management, the therapist performs diagnostic test procedures. In addition, therapist assists in departmental operations by addicting with quality improvement projects, equipment, and supplies. The certified therapist follows all applicable rules and regulations established by the licensure board depending on the state in which respiratory therapy is practiced.
