Baptist Health in Bardstown and Elizabethtown Pediatrics is hiring Physical Therapists for pediatrics: one opening in Bardstown and one in Elizabethtown, with a $10,000 sign-on bonus and a full-time day shift.

You will perform patient evaluations, write Plans of Care with physician input, complete required documentation on time, and uphold hospital and department standards.

Must hold a Kentucky PT license, CAPTE-accredited degree, and obtain BLS within 90 days of hire.

• CAPTE-accredited PT degree required or higher.
• BLS is preferred at hire and required within 90 days of hire.

Job Description

• Performs all patient evaluations, writes Plan of Care in accordance with MD.
• Completes required documentation and submits within the allotted timeframe.
• Maintain standards of quality in accordance with accepted standards and hospital and departmental policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Kentucky license as a physical therapist required.
• Requires a Bachelor, Master or Doctoral degree from a physical therapy program accredited by the Commission on Accreditation in Physical Therapy Education (CAPTE), or higher.
• BLS preferred at hire, required within 90 days after hire.
