Job summary

Baptist Health Paducah is seeking a Respiratory Therapist to deliver patient care across neonates to geriatrics on 12-hour shifts, with day and night availability. The role supports a faith‑based health system dedicated to high‑quality care and clinician growth.

Under supervision, you will provide basic respiratory care and assist with data collection for quality improvement, contributing to patient outcomes and care standards. Shift differential and weekend differential apply.

Qualifications

• CRT or RRT credential required (National Board of Respiratory Care).
• Kentucky mandatory certificate/license required.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic respiratory care to patients from neonates to geriatrics in predictable to critical situations under supervision.
• Deliver quality patient care and collect basic quality improvement data per guidelines.

To provide basic respiratory care to neonates through geriatrics in generally predictable, although critical, situations under the supervision of the manager and with shift supervisor as resource. Staff practitioners will be responsible for the delivery of quality patient care and basic quality improvement data retrieval based on specific instructions and guidelines.

Shift differential plus weekend differential!

QUALIFICATIONS

• CRT or RRT Credential – National Board of Respiratory Care
• Kentucky Mandatory Certificate/License
