Job summary

Azza HealthCare Agency seeks a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) to provide inpatient respiratory care in a hospital setting. The role includes delivering treatments, assessing patients, educating families, and collaborating with the multidisciplinary team.

The position requires a CoARC-accredited program graduate, current RCP license, NBRC RRT credential, and the ability to perform physical tasks. ACLS/PALS are preferred; critical care experience is advantageous.

Job description

• Deliver respiratory treatments, assess patient conditions, support diagnostic procedures, educate patients and families, participate in interdisciplinary care, operate and maintain respiratory equipment, document care accurately, and serve as a clinical resource and mentor.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of a CoARC-accredited program, current RCP license, NBRC RRT credential, able to perform physical tasks up to 50 pounds, and possess strong critical thinking and communication skills.
• Preferred certifications include ACLS and PALS, with critical care experience advantageous.
