Job summary

Qualifications

• Current State Respiratory Care licensure (RCP).
• BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP certifications current.
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred; acute care experience advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients and develop care plans tailored to age groups.
• Implement respiratory treatments and pulmonary diagnostics.
• Document patient care and maintain accurate records.

Role:

Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) responsible for providing respiratory therapeutic and pulmonary diagnostic procedures in an acute care setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform assessments, develop care plans, implement treatments, and document patient care tailored to age and population needs. May serve as Lead RCP, overseeing departmental functions during shifts.

Qualifications:

• Current State RCP license
• NBRC Registered Respiratory Therapist certification (or within 3 months)
• current BLS, ACLS, PALS, and Neonatal Resuscitation Program certifications
• An associate or bachelor’s degree is preferred, with two years of acute care experience advantageous.
