The ideal candidate will hold an Associate degree in Respiratory Care, possess a current Washington State license, and have strong communication and assessment skills. The compensation ranges from $50.00 to $60.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Respiratory Care from an accredited program.
• Current Respiratory Therapist license in the State of Washington.
• Current RRT (Registered Respiratory Therapist) credential through NBRC is required.
• Current BLS certification is necessary.
• Ability to work collaboratively within an interdisciplinary care team.

Responsibilities

• Perform respiratory assessments and provide treatments as needed.
• Administer aerosolized medications, oxygen therapy, and suctioning.
• Monitor residents with respiratory conditions and report changes promptly.
• Collaborate with nursing staff and physicians.
• Educate residents, families, and staff on respiratory care.
