Job summary

Responsibilities include performing ABG analysis, delivering aerosol therapies, and educating patients on management techniques. This role requires a current respiratory license and BLS/CPR certification, with ACLS/PALS/NRP

Qualifications

• Current RCP/CRT/RRT license required.
• BLS/CPR certification required.
• ACLS, PALS, and NRP within 6 months of hire/transfer date.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate ventilators and related therapy equipment per physician orders.
• Provide emergency care including CPR and resuscitation support.
• Monitor patient responses (vital signs, ABG) and report to physician as needed.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and breathing techniques.
• Maintain and sanitize respiratory therapy equipment and documentation.
