St. Mary’s Regional Medical Center is seeking a Respiratory Therapist to deliver evidence-based cardiopulmonary care and support daily department operations. You will assess patients, administer therapies, document results, and ensure safe treatments for adult, pediatric, and neonatal patients.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited respiratory program with at least an associate degree.
• Current Oklahoma RCP license or Provisional Letter (valid until Board meeting date listed)
• NBRC Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential required and maintained
• BLS required
• ACLS and PALS required within six months of hire; annual recertification required
• SECURE training required within six months of hire
• NRP preferred

Responsabilités

• Obtain data pertinent to therapy through chart review and physical assessment
• Administer oxygen therapy, aerosol and humidity therapy, chest physiotherapy, suctioning, and related procedures
• Complete new therapy starts within one hour and respond to emergencies promptly
• Provide ventilatory management for adult, pediatric, and neonatal patients
• Document patient status and care provided, including vitals and treatment effectiveness
• Document in iView and adhere to medication administration protocols
