As a Respiratory Therapist, you’ll play a vital role in improving lives through skilled, compassionate care across a variety of shifts.

Sign-On Bonus

We’re excited to offer a sign-on bonus to qualified candidates:

• up to $12,000 for candidates with 0–1 year of experience
• up to $20,000 for candidates with 1+ years of experience

Bonus amounts are subject to a 2-year work commitment.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate medical orders and interpret clinical data to optimize patient care.
• Set up and operate respiratory therapy equipment, ensuring treatment parameters are met and equipment functions safely.
• Assist in transporting ventilated patients and respond to code situations.
• Maintain patient charts and order equipment repairs as needed.
• Demonstrate respiratory care procedures to trainees and supervise students.
• Assess patient condition, determine treatment requirements, and monitor physiological responses.
• Perform pulmonary function tests and consult with physicians on adverse reactions.
