Job summary

Qualifications

• Licensed Respiratory Therapist in Oregon per State requirements.
• Registered with NBRC.
• BLS within 90 days of hire.
• ACLS or equivalent within 6 months.
• PALS or equivalent within 6 months.
• NRP or equivalent within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Conduct respiratory diagnostic testing including treadmill stress tests and EKGs.
• Administer respiratory treatments per departmental procedures.
• Document assessments and medications in the EMR.
• Provide CPR as part of Code Blue team.
• Maintain and monitor respiratory equipment and supplies.
• Collaborate with physicians and the care team to plan and evaluate patient care.
• Educate patients and caregivers on respiratory therapies.
