Elliot Health System column in the Respiratory Therapy department provides a wide range of care from infants to geriatric patients under physician orders. The licensed clinician works independently within a state‑of‑the‑art facility and collaborates with physicians and teams to deliver comprehensive respiratory services.

The role includes performing procedures, managing ventilation per protocol, and contributing to patient evaluations.

Competenze

• Minimum of Associate's Degree required.
• State of New Hampshire Respiratory Care practitioner license required at date of hire.
• BLS certification required within 90 days from date of hire.
• ACLS and PALS required within six months of hire.
• Registered Respiratory Therapy credential preferred. NBRC RRT-ACCS credential preferred.
• One-year clinical experience preferred.

Mansioni

• Manages aerosolized medication, chest physiotherapy, airway clearance techniques, and hyperinflation therapy per orders/protocols.
• Administers oxygen and participates in decisions on oxygen therapy using assessments and lab results; draws, analyzes, and interprets ABG.
• Educates patients and evaluates care; assesses vital signs, breath sounds and history.
