Required: Associate's degree, current state license as a Respiratory Therapist, NBRC RRT certification, and BLS; ACLS within 90 days of hire. The role emphasizes patient education and teamwork in a compassionate environment.

Formación

• Associate's Degree required.
• Current License as a Respiratory Therapist in the state of practice.
• NBRC certification as Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT).
• BLS certification required; ACLS must be obtained within 90 days of hire.

Responsabilidades

• Performs routine and advanced therapeutic procedures according to established policy and procedure.
• Reviews and documents all clinical information regarding each patient.
• Educates patients and co-workers on procedures and treatment plans.
• Performs diagnostic procedures.
• Provides care based on patient age and related criteria.
• Adapts communication and approach to the patient population.
