Ntmconline seeks a Respiratory Care Practitioner to deliver compassionate respiratory care across MedSurg, IMC and ICU units. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans, monitor progress, and educate patients and families on respiratory care.

Responsibilities include accurate documentation and adjusting treatments as needed, with shifts from 5:30am–6:00pm or 5:30pm–6:00am. Associate degree or higher and RCP credential required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited respiratory care program.
• Registered through the National Board of Respiratory Care and state licensure.
• BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilités

• Provide compassionate and high-quality respiratory care in MedSurg, IMC and ICU units.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Educate patients and families on respiratory care and management.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care activities.
