Qualifications

• Current Missouri Respiratory Therapist license required.
• CRT or RRT credential preferred.
• Previous DME, home healthcare, sleep therapy, or CPAP experience preferred.
• Strong communication and patient education skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Perform patient setups, education, and follow-up for CPAP/BiPAP therapy, oxygen equipment, and related supplies.
• Provide instruction regarding proper use, cleaning, safety, and maintenance of equipment.
• Complete mask fittings and assist patients with therapy comfort and compliance.
• Review therapy reports and troubleshoot equipment or compliance concerns.
• Communicate with physicians, referral sources, and healthcare professionals.
• Maintain accurate documentation according to company policies, payer requirements, and accreditation standards.
• Assist with clinical assessments and ongoing patient support.
• Work collaboratively with customer service, operations, and management.
