Med Resources in Chesterfield, Missouri is seeking a reliable Respiratory Therapist to support CPAP/BiPAP therapy, oxygen equipment, and related devices. You will educate patients, perform setups, and ensure compliance with safety standards.

The ideal candidate holds a Missouri Respiratory Therapist license (CRT/RRT preferred), with strong communication and organization skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Missouri license to practice Respiratory Therapy is required.
• CRT or RRT certification preferred.
• Previous DME or home healthcare experience preferred.
• Strong communication and patient education skills.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic computer skills required.

Responsabilités

• Perform patient setups, education, and follow-up for CPAP/BiPAP therapy, oxygen equipment, and related supplies
• Provide instruction regarding proper use, cleaning, safety, and maintenance of equipment
• Complete mask fittings and assist patients with therapy comfort and compliance
• Review therapy reports and troubleshoot equipment or compliance concerns
• Communicate with physicians, referral sources, and healthcare professionals
• Maintain accurate documentation according to company policies, payer requirements, and accreditation standards
• Assist with clinical assessments and ongoing patient support
• Work collaboratively with customer service, operations, and management
