The role requires an associate degree in Respiratory Therapy, IL license, and BLS/ACLS certification. PRN hours with competitive wages and benefits are offered in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Associate degree from a CoARC-accredited respiratory therapy program.
• Credentials such as CRT, CRTT, RRT or CCT preferred; active BLS/ACLS certification.
• Illinois Respiratory Therapist license required; strong commitment to patient safety.

Responsibilities

• Administer respiratory care procedures per physician orders and protocols.
• Assess, monitor, and document patient status; adjust therapies as indicated.
• Educate patients and families on respiratory care and device use.
