Job summary

Performance Home Medical is seeking a dedicated Respiratory Therapist (CRT/RRT) to join our clinical team. You will educate patients and caregivers, support clinicians, and deliver compassionate care during home and hospital visits Monday through Friday with occasional on-call rotation.

Responsibilities include setting up and troubleshooting CPAP/Bi-level therapy, home ventilators, cough assist devices, and oscillation vests; performing equipment checks, documenting care, and ensuring regulatory

Qualifications

• Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) or Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) certification.
• Must hold an active Respiratory Therapist license in the state of Texas, in accordance with state regulatory requirements.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle for home and hospital visits.
• Passion for patient care and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.

• Set up, operate, troubleshoot, and instruct on CPAP/Bi-level therapy, home ventilators, cough assist devices, oscillation vests.

• Ensure proper functionality of equipment through inspection and testing.
• Complete thorough and timely documentation to maintain compliance and patient records.
