Job summary

Performance Home Medical in New Jersey is seeking a dedicated Respiratory Therapist (CRT/RRT) to join our Clinical Team. You’ll provide patient-centered respiratory care, educate families, and coordinate follow-up visits.

Workdays are Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional on-call rotations. You’ll set up, operate, and troubleshoot CPAP/Bi-level therapy, home ventilators, cough assist devices, and oscillation vests.

• Conduct home and hospital visits to assess patient needs and provide follow-up care.
• Ensure proper functionality of equipment through inspection and testing.
• Complete thorough and timely documentation to maintain compliance and patient records.
