Job summary

Mass General Brigham is seeking a Registered Respiratory Therapist to deliver advanced respiratory care across critical care, emergency, inpatient, and procedural settings. You will work with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to provide high-quality support and patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Respiratory Therapy is required.
• Massachusetts Respiratory Therapist license is required.
• RRT credential (or obtain within 6 months) required.
• Bachelor's Degree in Respiratory Therapy is preferred.
• Critical care experience is preferred.
• ECMO experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide respiratory treatments and advanced airway management.
• Initiate and manage mechanical ventilation.
• Respond to respiratory emergencies and code situations.
• Assess patient conditions and develop treatment recommendations.
• Transport and care for critically ill, mechanically ventilated patients.
• Educate patients, families, and respiratory therapy students.
• Participate in clinical education, quality initiatives, and professional development.

Job Summary
