Job summary

Mass General Brigham's Brigham and Women's Hospital, Inc. seeks a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) to provide respiratory care across critical care, emergency, and inpatient services.

You will perform airway management, initiate ventilation, respond to code situations, educate patients and families, and participate in clinical education and quality initiatives. On-site position with a $15,000 sign-on bonus for eligible candidates.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Respiratory Therapy is required.
• Massachusetts Respiratory Therapist license is required.
• RRT credential (or obtain within 6 months of hire) is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide respiratory treatments and advanced airway management.
• Initiate and manage mechanical ventilation.
• Respond to respiratory emergencies and code situations.
• Assess patient conditions and develop treatment recommendations.
• Transport and care for critically ill, mechanically ventilated patients.
• Educate patients, families, and respiratory therapy students.
