Job summary

Presbyterian Healthcare Services is seeking a Respiratory Therapist (PRN) to provide routine and advanced respiratory care for infants, children, and adults. The role includes airway management, ECG monitoring, ventilator support, and EPIC charting across multiple hospital areas—from Emergency to ICU and Nursery.

Requires an Associate degree in Respiratory Therapy, NM license, and RRT with BLS/ACLS/PALS/NRP.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in Respiratory Therapy required.
• Current NM Respiratory Care Practitioner License; Registered Respiratory Therapist.
• BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP required.

Responsibilities

• Performs advanced airway care including intubation and extubation for infants, pediatrics and adults.
• Manages cardiopulmonary modalities and protocols across departments.
• Operates ventilators, BPAP/CPAP, and monitors ECGs in multiple hospital areas.
• May assist with Pulmonary Function Testing, Holter placement, and stress testing.
