Job summary

The role requires an Associate's degree with licensure in the state, NBRC RRT, and BLS; ACLS must be obtained within 90 days of hire. Strong data entry, communication, and teamwork skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Assocate's degree is required; bachelor's preferred.
• Respiratory Therapist license in the state of practice.
• NBRC Registered Respiratory Therapist certification.
• BLS certification; ACLS within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and advanced respiratory procedures per policy.
• Review and document clinical information for each patient.
• Educate patients and co-workers on procedures and treatment plans.
• Perform diagnostic procedures and monitor patient condition.
• Provide age-appropriate care; adapt communication to patient population.
